Compete on efficiency, not budget.
I built and optimized a full-funnel digital growth strategy for a small consumer brand, combining paid acquisition, creative, web optimization, analytics and conversion tracking to compete efficiently against much larger advertisers.

Posh Puppies competes in a category where larger competitors have much bigger advertising budgets and brand awareness.
The challenge wasn't to outspend them. It was to outmaneuver them: a more efficient acquisition strategy, a better digital customer journey, and a smaller budget that works harder.
- Built a cross-channel strategy: Google to capture high-intent demand, Meta to generate demand, introduce available puppies and re-engage prospective customers.
- Judged campaigns on actual sales, not traffic or engagement, and shifted budget to the campaigns, audiences and creative that produced customers efficiently.
- Developed performance creative around available puppies, trust, convenience and purchase intent, like "Give the Gift of Puppy Love: $100 off."
- Worked directly in Wix Studio so ads, landing experiences and conversion paths worked together.
- Implemented GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta tracking, including a custom Meta catalog feed through Wix for dynamic product ads.
Performance Max became the account's engine at $63.58 per conversion, driving 90% of Google conversions, while an underperforming breed-search campaign was flagged and restructured. Posh Puppies shows that sophisticated growth marketing doesn't require an enterprise-sized budget.
