One parent brand for a family of pet companies.
I led the brand development and launch of Pet Media, Inc., the parent company behind Pawrade, PetPay, NextDayPets and PETFAX, unifying high-growth pet brands under one modern, trusted identity.

The organization operated several successful brands, but each one functioned independently without a cohesive story, voice or design language.
Pet Media needed a clear brand architecture that communicated innovation and credibility to consumer, breeder and industry audiences.
- Developed the unifying identity, including the company name, logo, tagline and narrative framework positioning Pet Media as the trusted ecosystem for ethical pet ownership.
- Defined the brand pillars, Transparency, Compassion and Innovation, that guided design, messaging and tone across all subsidiaries.
- Led workshops with cross-functional teams to define mission, audience segmentation and communication goals.
- Directed and wrote all copy for PetMedia.com, and set the site architecture, content hierarchy and visual system with designers and developers.
- Produced the brand style guide and managed the launch rollout, including internal communications, press materials and social content.
A unified parent brand that elevated perception and trust across every Pet Media subsidiary, streamlined visual consistency across five brands, and strengthened investor and partner confidence in the company's vision.
