Great marketing doesn't end at conversion.
I developed and designed educational content for the puppy journey, from researching and preparing for a new puppy through post-purchase care, creating branded resources that built trust and supported the customer experience.

Buying a puppy is an emotional decision, but it also comes with a lot of questions.
Prospective customers need help preparing for a puppy, while customers who have already purchased need an entirely different set of information about what happens next. I saw an opportunity to create useful content for both stages, instead of focusing only on the transaction.
- Created a New Puppy eBook as an educational resource for prospective and new puppy parents.
- Wrote approachable, useful guidance on preparing for and welcoming a puppy into the home.
- Designed the guide to strengthen Pawrade's position as a trusted resource, not simply a place to find a puppy.
The project expanded Pawrade's content beyond acquisition and showed how the brand could keep creating value before, during and after a transaction, bringing together content strategy, customer journey design, copywriting, editorial direction, graphic design and lifecycle marketing. The post-purchase experience is part of the brand, too.
